Yin Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Ubud

Set in the beautiful upcountry rice paddies of Ubud at Trinity Gardens Villa. www.trinitygardensubud.com A 50 hour certification will be granted, along with ample leisure time and several gorgeous excursions.

Sample daily schedule:

7:00am Meditation and Asana Practice

8:30am Breakfast

9:00am – 12:00pm Optional Yin Yoga Study

12:00pm Lunch

1:00pm – 5:00pm Free Time or Excursion

5:00pm – 6:00pm Evening workout

7:00pm Dinner

**Double occupancy $2500 (per person, shared room)

**Single occupancy $3500

Tuition includes all meals, accommodation, and certification. Airfare not included. Check-in is on Sunday 3:00pm, check-out is Sunday 11:00am. $1000 deposit required upon application to reserve your spot.

Although this trip is open to all levels of yoga experience (teach or not), you also will have the opportunity to gain training in teaching Yin Yoga. This 50 hour module can go towards Yoga Alliance Certified 200 or 300 Training Programs.

Yin Yoga is a restorative practice that focuses on the joints rather than the muscles. This style of yoga helps you gain flexibility, release tension and calm the central nervous system. It’s healing benefits are gentle yet profound. Whether Yin Yoga calls to you for restorative health and relaxation, or you want to add another training to your repertoire, this is for YOU. Jaina Portwood, NCMT, E-RYT will guide you through a weeklong intensive that covers anatomy, hands-on adjustments, intelligent sequencing, philosophy and more. You’ll leave with the confidence and expertise to lead a full 75 minute class.
